Process

1  We contact
Based on a confirmed customer need, we directly approach the market of potential candidates. Thanks to our tools, we identify executives and experts corresponding to the education, skills, competences and experience of the job description. Sealed with total discretion and confidentiality, a first contact is initiated with the target population list.

2  We screen
After exchanging information about our assignment content, we screen the interest and the background of the contacted executive. Should there be relevancy regarding the profile and motivation to move forward in the process, an interview is organized.

3  We interview
According to availabilities and based on a detailed CV, a methodic competency based interview is performed. Next to a detailed overview of the candidate’s career path, we specifically put the attention to key competences emphasized by the customers in the assignment. Senior Executive Search Partners submit a shortlist of best suited profiles to the customer.

4  We advise
Based on a detailed CV and a confidential report capturing key data concerning the candidate, we coordinate and advise about the most efficient interviewing process. Part of the service offering, we ensure that both parties are prepared and well briefed. To finish the recruitment process, our responsibility includes facilitating the negotiations and helping to find the balance which is constructively acceptable to both.

5  We measure
After the successful completion of the assignment, a comprehensive satisfaction survey is sent to the new hire as an invitation to reflect and comment on each facet of the recruitment process just completed. Results and output enable Talent & Career International to continuously innovate and improve its service level.
